BeeMeAi is an AI-based software application that allows users to optimize and enhance their career application materials. Using the application, users can upload their CVs, resumes, cover letters, and other documents, and receive AI-powered analysis and recommendations for improvement. Any processing of documents submitted through our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may make changes, expansions, and improvements to the application without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cease operating part or all of the application or selectively disable certain features at any time. Your use of BeeMeAi does not guarantee continued provision or availability of the application.

To utilize our Service, you must have attained the age of majority as required by applicable laws. If you become aware of anyone below the age of majority using the features, kindly notify us immediately at info@beemeai.com. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that your acceptance will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party, and that you have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Service. All information provided to us must be accurate and truthful.

To access certain features of BeeMeAi, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain and promptly update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, security, and control of your account login information, and for all activities that occur in your account. You must notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches related to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, accounts we deem inappropriate or in violation of this agreement, and we may delete your account and any related content at any time and for any reason, without notice.

The transfer and storage of your data during your use of our Service is subject to the guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to acknowledge and comply with our Privacy Policy while using our Service.

BeeMeAi allows you to upload, create, store, and share user content ("User Content"), which includes career documents and AI-generated recommendations created by using the application. You retain ownership of your uploaded content. In order to operate our Service, we require a license ("Company License") to use your User Content. This license is limited to operating and improving our Service and sharing with third parties involved in that operation (such as OpenAI for AI processing). We do not sell your User Content to any third parties. You grant us a time-limited, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully-paid, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works of your User Content for the purpose of providing our Service. The Company License automatically terminates when you delete the User Content or your account. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary ownership or license rights for such content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

By using BeeMeAi, you agree not to: • Engage in harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable conduct • Use our Service for the benefit of any third party or in any way not permitted by these Terms • Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the functioning of our Service • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any aspect of our Service • Circumvent any content-filtering techniques or access any unauthorized area • Use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose You are prohibited from uploading or sharing any User Content that: • Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or fraudulent • Contains false qualifications, work history, or educational credentials • Infringes on any intellectual property or proprietary right of any person • Contains private information of any person without their consent • Contains viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful files

BeeMeAi, inclusive of its text, graphics, images, videos, trademarks, logos, and other content (collectively "Service Content"), excluding your User Content, is either owned or licensed by us and is protected under applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use BeeMeAi and the Service Content for your personal and professional career development. This license does not include any right to sell, resell, or commercially redistribute our Service or Service Content without express permission.

Some features of BeeMeAi may be free of charge, while others require payment. We offer subscription plans that provide access to enhanced services and additional features for a fee ("Purchased Content"). You may only use Purchased Content if you are 18 years of age or older. Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until terminated. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged for the next billing period. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend the subscription plans we offer from time to time.

By submitting feedback, you agree that it shall be considered non-confidential and shall become the sole and exclusive property of BeeMeAi upon submission.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeeMeAi and each of our officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of our Service; (ii) your User Content or feedback; (iii) your violation of these Terms; (iv) your violation or infringement of any rights of another person; and (v) your conduct in connection with our Service.

Your use of BeeMeAi is entirely at your own risk. Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The career optimization recommendations in BeeMeAi employ external AI technology including GPT models, which we do not fully control. We make reasonable efforts to provide helpful recommendations, but we cannot guarantee job application success or specific career outcomes.

BeeMeAi and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or special damages or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of BeeMeAi for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Service shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to use our Service in the three months preceding the claim, or ten (10) US dollars if you have not had any payment obligations to us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes and update the "Effective Date" above. If we make substantial changes that affect your rights, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our Service after we provide notice of such changes will indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.

By using BeeMeAi, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, which may include emails, push notifications, and posted notices on our Service. These communications may contain information about our Service and are an integral part of your relationship with us. We reserve the right to terminate your right to use BeeMeAi without notice at our sole discretion. We shall not be held liable for any losses or harm suffered as a result of your inability to use our Service. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should endure will continue to survive, including provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BeeMeAi regarding your use of our Service, and replace any prior oral or written agreements on the same subject. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by applicable law. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
